I applied online and the responded rapidly to me within a few days to start an initial screening test.
You have to complete an initial screening test before the interview process even begins. The screening test is SHL general assessment interactive (not MCQ) version whose purpose is intended to assess cognitive ability. It does not. You're required to complete 24 questions within 36 minutes which is impossible without using AI assisted tools or practicing repeatedly for hours for it. The tasks are mostly "administrative" type questions with no relation to the actual job of product management. You can simply google to find out the effectiveness of SHL assessment.
They re-sent an email asking me to attempt the test again. I replied to them in email declining to continue after the first attempt as I did not wish to cheat or spend hours practicing. This appears to be a new process (compared to prior product manager interview reviews) and it's not surprising they can't fill the product manager role.
They rescheduled once and forgot about the interview. I sent them an email and they scheduled another one. Asked general questions. Should have canceled once they stood me up in the first place.
SHL Test. HR round. Then interviews with product team about my experience & case studies. Had opportunity to speak to senior managers, which was quite good. Gave me good glimpse into their culture.

That's kinda weird and absolutely inappropriate questions and tests for Project management position.
There is a test which analyses your... i don't know what exactly. It's a bunch of a programmer, SQL, IQ and math tests which have nothing in common with project management position and time for test solving is incredibly insufficient.
