Cambiaron 5 veces el horario de la entrevista en algunos casos el mismo día. Esto me obligó a reorganizar mi agenda en múltiples ocasiones. A parte de esto, tardaron aproximadamente un mes más en darme el feedback

Possibly the worst recruiter/headhunter experience in my lengthy career. Headhunter reached out to schedule a conversation - twice cancelled on the day of, then after asking for another reschedule, completely ghosted. Highly unprofessional. If you’re an experienced executive, this experience should give you all the information you need from someone who represents the company on the front line.
Advance, uses psychometric assessments and good balance of number of rounds. Case studies round with panel interviewers which allows candidate to dissect a similar business challenge at agoda. Prompt follow up from recruitment team.
The interview process was pretty natural. I did 3 interviews and actually thought I got the job based on my last interview. However, they let me know via email that I hadn't.
