Have to expect a long journey; 4 hours of tests, 8 interviews with VPs and MDs from every other function. Practice case interview was conducted too. Comparing to previous experiences, more time and effort was required for Agoda's hiring process.

What are your competencies that can contribute to Agoda? What is your ultimate career goal? Describe the most difficult and complicated data analysis case at your past careers.
After the CV screening stage, I proceeded to the online assessment, which included multiple-choice questions, SQL tasks, and a video-recorded response to one question. However, I was not selected to advance beyond this stage.
Round 1: Online test with sections for Communication Skills, Logical Thinking and Technical Qs
Round 2: Intro to company and Talent team interview for salary expectations and openness to relocate to Thailand
Round 3: Technical Q & A and on the go case studies
Round 4: Technical Presentation based on Case Study with about a week to prepare

Entretien
The process started with a resume screening, followed by an Alooba online assessment that covered SQL and basic statistics. After passing, there were three interview rounds — the first focused on a general business case and analytical thinking, and the next two were with team leads and hiring managers discussing technical skills, problem-solving, and culture fit.
