Entretien
Consisted of 2 coding interviews, 1 architecture interview, and one general engineering/process chat.
First interview was a leetcode style, 2 questions, one was the longest palindrome in a string question.
Second interview was a React coding interview. Given an existing codebase, make some changes to fulfill the requirements and pass the unit tests.
Third interview was an architecture interview, describing how to build a queuing system to let users into a website only if it wasn't full. This was fullstack from databases to frontend.
Final interview was with the Director of Engineering, discussing general topics such as testing, CI/CD, code quality and metrics.

Question 1
How would you enforce and measure code quality amongst a large team of 100+ people.

I got an automated hack rank interview link after applying. I spent 2 hours on a test and next day I got reply saying my profile doesn't match with their requirement. Why don't your AI filter's profiles and then send them link.
