I applied through linkedin . The whole process took 3 months. I interviewed at Agoda in Mar 2016.
First interview with hiring manager through phone , asking on my experience and explain to me how Agoda works. He did share with me that they start sourcing before project kick-off which may takes approx 2 months.
Then proceed for online test , very tough
1 month later - Second phone interview with Senior Manager
2 week later - they flew me to BKK for F2F interview & meet up with the team.
1 week later - Verbally offer.

4) peer interview
5) cross function interview
All were good except for the last round. The interviewer seemed unwilling to be at the interview; late and disinterested. Wasn't sure of the purpose of the fifth round. After 5 rounds, company went silent and had to request for updates

Entretien
Very structured, smooth and quick. Recruiting Team did a fabulous job. Interviews were scheduled quickly without any delay. Very detailed guidance provided for salary negotiations. Overall a very well executed process and interview experience.
