I interviewed for this role in april 2016 and had a pleasant expereince overall. The process started with a couple of telephonic interviews and an online assessment on verbal, numerical and logical reasoning skills. I was then invited to the Bangkok office to meet with the team face to face. I was an overseas applicant and Agoda flew me down to Bangkok for 3 days. Though, the team I interviewed for was temporarily housed at a different temp office space, I managed to get a quick tour of the actual office. I found the overall process to be smooth. The interviewers were professional and the co-ordination team, very responsive. I think there is great potential to focus more on some candidate delighters and make the candidate experience amazing
