They look of over your resume and if they have a client that has a job that you maybe a good fit for your resume is forwarded to them. You will be interview by the client at their site. They may do a criminal back ground check on you and you will have to do a drug test.

Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
