Easy and laid back interview process. Was contacted from my application and went over general preferences for work. Honest and upfront about my qualifications and was told to keep in touch.

Was asked to come in for two face to face interviews--extremely straightforward process. I enjoyed meeting other employees and getting a sense for office culture. Manager was upfront about strengths, weaknesses, and branch goals which I really appreciated. I had a very good sense what my role was going to be going in and where I could grow from there.
