No interview. I was excited for a home-based job sent them my resume, three days later I get an email for an interview request and I lock in my time slot. On the day of the interview no one came I stayed on for 30 minutes and had sent an email to figure out what happened. Called three times and left a voicemail. I ended up doing another job and didn't persist any longer.

Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
