Several online tests where you have to pass one before you go for the next, each time you pass you can continue to the next stage of the interview and final was one to one virtual interview.

How did you measure or control staff performance Daily?
Very detailed with an emphasis on customer services with the employees being the customer.
If you see the employees as valuable to the system you need to ensure they are given excellent service.

Profiles get shortlisted through sourcing engines or references then as per requirement profile moves to the HOD for interview scheduling...once done then candidate is called for interview then if selected he/she is been again called for interview with Sr. Management...once approved from Sr. Management then candidate is been called for HR Round (Salary negotiation)...once that is agreed between both then offer is been released.
