I interviewed at Google as a Sales Associate. The interview was very straight forward and I had a phone interviewing before moving to the next interviews. They asked about my selling experience and what motivates me to do my best work. After I moved to a 3 round interview with each manager and asked more about my previous work experience.

Pretty cut and dry, not very impressionable and have not taken up the role due to some feedback from acquaintances who work there and said the environment is quite racist.
