The interview process was fine. your typical first round phone interview, then meeting them face to face. I met two managers and was with them for about an hour. competency based in interview questions and they also asked me why I want to work there and what I know about them and the job itself.

• What is your ideal job? Are there any specific companies
Test then interview. Long process as TA took to time to reply. Had to keep checking in with them before they replied finally. Test was nothing crazy pretty standard numerical and verbal reasoni g

2 interviews of 30 mins. Written and general combative ability questions regarding past experience and hypothetical situations and role playing. The offer was made after 2 days and the while process of background checks was the longest part

Entretien
Very Professional and gave excellent feedback. The recruiter advised me on ways I could differentiate myself with the final interviewer as well as improving my resume. The final interviewer personally called me and gave me an offer. I did not accept because the salary was too low. $19 an hour is definitely not adequate for a college grad in the Bay Area.
