The interview process was pretty interesting. A recruiter from the company initially reached out to me regarding the position. I immediately replied and was phone screened regarding the position. I was phone screened a minimum of three times for the position and I had two in-person interviews, followed by a phone interview from the Decision (Hiring manager). The process itself was rather different than what I have been used to, but all in all, it was a great process and I learned so much about the company as I was getting interviewed, the culture, the expectations of the role, and I what I needed in order to be successful.
Sono state molto gentili le ragazze, mi hanno messo a mio agio e non mi hanno fatto sentire pressione per niente
La recruiter era molto giovane inoltre poi mi hanno chiesto solo di me e delle mie esperienze

The interview was typical, focused on technical questions, and lasted nearly an hour. The recruiter was polite and clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and work model with structure and professionalism.
