First round interview is with a HR proposal. Quite straightforward. Questions focused on CV and past experiences and such things as what demotivates you. Second round is a technical test and a technical interview.

There were 3 interviews in line - A HR interview, written test and technical interview. The interview process was very transparent. They were able to provide concise feedback on why my application was not successful.
