First round was a HR interview. Questions straightforward such as what demotivates you, what are you proud of, how many proposals have you written. Second round is comprised of a technical test and a technical interview more focused on the job itself.

There were 3 interviews in line - A HR interview, written test and technical interview. The interview process was very transparent. They were able to provide concise feedback on why my application was not successful.
