Durante il processo di selezione ho svolto un colloquio conoscitivo, test linguistici e un incontro con il responsabile del progetto. Sia la responsabile HR che il responsabile tecnico mi hanno accolto con cordialità, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio e creando un clima sereno e collaborativo.

Una delle domande che mi hanno posto riguardava come gestirei una situazione in cui devo prendere una decisione rapida su un contenuto potenzialmente dannoso, assicurandomi di rispettare sia le policy aziendali sia il benessere degli utenti.
The interview was very well conducted, HR gives a script of how the interview will be conducted and how to answer the questions, it is enough to follow that and if you have the experience they will hire you, there's no need to talk to much, just be very objective.

Applied for mandarin speaker. Overall is very easy.. You need to understand what this position is about, why r u applying this position.. and end of the interview will give a test (like mcq and translation)
