Round 1 HR interview - I ended up having to lead the call in the end as the recruiter wasn't drilling into the right experience in relation to the role I was interviewing for. Got ghosted after the interview with no feedback. About two weeks later, I got another invite for a Round 1 interview for a role with a different title. I reached out to the recruiter again to ask if there was a mistake or if I had been put forward for another role. No response. Decided to book in the interview anyway, so I could actually speak to a human. System errored when I tried to book the interview in the portal. After that, I just gave up. Absolutely appalling process and experience.

Case based, followed by leadership interview. A HR round was also held to discuss the terms of joining. All in all a typical consulting process, but not too many rounds as is common with MBBs.
