1. Application
You submit your resume through their portal or during campus placements. They check if your qualifications and skills match the job.
2. Online Test
Aptitude Test: Questions on math, reasoning, and English.
Coding Test: Write programs to solve problems (if applying for a technical role).
Communication Test (sometimes): Checks your English speaking and listening skills.
3. Technical Interview
Questions on programming (like Java, SQL, React.js, or your project work).
Be ready to explain the projects you’ve done and how you solved problems.
4. HR Interview
Questions about yourself, your strengths, why you want to join Accenture, and your career goals.
They also check your confidence and communication skills.

Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
