Accenture recruits fresher's mostly either by AMCAT or Elitmus.
1) Initially got shortlisted through amcat .
2) Then there were two rounds--technical and HR which were held over a period of entire day...literally entire day ,it started around 9 am in morning and ended at 11.50pm in the night..
3) Technical round was almost on topics which were being on resume and few other questions like Why Accenture ?
Who are the competitors of Accenture ?
Tell me about yourself ?
Will be easily selected if you already an offer from other organizations.
4)Final round was HR Round where they just asked tell me about yourself and why Accenture ?
Few questions regarding relocation. Simply said yes to all with convincing reasons.
Finally waited for 15 min and the results were with myself and two of my friends being selected.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
