The process started with an assessment test conducted by eLitmus . Those who got selected were then interviewed by the people of Accenture, It was a drive that was held by members of eLitmus. Both Hr and Technical interviewer were sitting together and interviewing five people simultaneously.
I would say pre-assessment was the only difficulty for me.

Hr- What have you been doing for last three months?
Hr then asked me general questions to check my communication skills.
Tech-He was quiet impressed with my resume specially the skills i mentioned in it .He asked Me About my project and what i had been doing with technologies i mentioned.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
