HR at Accenture is a nightmare. They always forgot they are the face of the company when they communicate to their Candidates. I would say one or two bad apple... this is common everywhere. If you are lucky enough your profile will end up in a professional person at HR.

I passed the online test and was got called for an interview with a manager. He said he did not read my CV beforehand, and he thought my profile align with another team better. He gave me a case anyway, and told me to continue interview with another team. I felt it was a red flag that their recruiter sent my CV to a team who found my experience less relevant, and I had to do a first round of interview for no reasons, so I declined the second interview.
