I got the job offer via online add. I responded to it and it was followed by a couple of emails. There were three rounds of interviews, with varying levels of screening for suitability for the job and the role.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Entretien
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
