We were shortlisted based on our CV and resume and all the shortlisted canditiates had to come online for a whole day on their interview portal. they pulled in participants one by one but the process of how they did it was not very transparent. There were 8-10 panel members and we got confirmation after the interview if we were selected for the further rounds or not. The next rounds were also on the same day.
