I have given the assessment as first round (usaual for every opening) and after giving that assessment i got a call from HR for scheduling my 1st technical round of Interview. I gave interview the same week and got a congratulations mail on next weekday. Again got a call from HR for scheduling my Managerial round the sane week. But I don't know what happened in b/w the process(before Managerial round) as my candidature was closed on the Accenture portal and reason written was candidate doesn't match selection criteria. Even though my 1st round was clear and i was about to gove 2nd round interview they vlosed my candidature without providing any reason. I mailed the HR but they are not replying to my mails and even not picking my calls now. Overall worst interview experience with such a huge organization , really disappointed.
