Two stage interview ( not mentioned in the application stage) which is awkward when you have another job to do. One interviewer was late, although they did apologise. Didn't get the position, but only found that out once I had emailed them 2 weeks later. Didn't get offered any feedback - only that they had found a more suitable candidate. Basically wasted two hours of my time.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
