Prima call con head hunter che ha valutato il mio interesse per la posizione e alcune informazioni di massima sul mio percorso e poi colloquio con la Manager dell'area che ha approfondito i dettagli del ruolo e mi ha fatto diverse domande sulle competenze specifiche.

It was a horrible interview. After I applied for the role, I got a message that I’ll be contacted on a specific day. The lady who was going to contact me didn’t write me a single message. I booked a room and didn’t know what to expect, a phone call or a virtual meeting. Finally she called me by phone. She asked me such trivial questions such as if I am able to work with power point. At the moment I thought she didn’t read my CV at all and didn’t even listen to my introduction. She just went through the list of questions she had. I understood that the position was too junior for me, she tried to argue with it. The salary range was much lower than what I had. The call was very awkward, the interviewer wasn’t prepared well. I was pretty sure even before the call that they didn’t want to hire me, they just assessed market conditions.
