I was invited to the 1st stage technical skill interview which was a one-hour long discussion of my previous project experiences in detail. After the interview, I hadn't heard back from the interviewer for more than two weeks, so I sent a follow-up email asking for an update. Again, I didn't hear back from the interviewer, so I sent another email to the manager who scheduled the interview. Then I was told that I had been rejected.

3 months of process to freeze the role at the end. I went traumatized and will never applied again for a role at Accenture.
No respect towards candidate, didn’t even have a feedback at my final interview, my HR was in pain to be in touch with the hiring manager (???)

Assessment online
Test di logica e matematica: Valutazione delle capacità analitiche e di problem-solving.
Test tecnico: Domande su SQL e linguaggi come Python o R.
Case study (opzionale): Analisi di un dataset per trarre insight utili.
Colloquio tecnico
Un colloquio approfondito con il team tecnico per verificare:
Competenze in machine learning, statistica e data analysis.
Capacità di scrivere codice e query SQL.
Risoluzione di un caso pratico legato a problemi aziendali.
Colloquio HR
Valutazione delle soft skills e del fit culturale con Accenture, attraverso domande su esperienze pregresse, capacità comunicative e motivazioni personali.

Il processo di selezione prevede tre colloqui: il primo è un incontro generale con una recruiter della durata di 2 ore; il secondo è un colloquio tecnico con il manager del dipartimento di 30 minuti; infine, un colloquio motivazionale con un senior manager di 1 ora.
