It was a 3-step process. First was the pre-screening process. Next is the assessment examination consisting of logic, English, and personality tests. There were also recorded virtual instructors who would guide you through the process. Last is the interview with HR.

First will be online assessment via hackerRank then there will be on-site assessment at parQ where there will be activities for employer to assess all interviewee and give them roles based o interviewee expertise
They followed a new pattern. With Cognitive ability test, CS basics, puzzles, 3 coding questions (frontend, SQL, backend/dsa). I solved frontend and backend. Other who solved backend and SQL made it in to the next round.
