I was contacted by recruiter and asked to share some details. There itself the gap started. Multiple people used to reach out asking for details wherein most would not address candidates issue but just take information. The interview process involved and MCQ Test followed by video interview. The test makes the basis of if they would like to interview you. Questions were typically theoretical related to Java Programming

Three rounds of interviews. One phone call screen with a recruiter, one more technical with someone with a developer background, one last behavioral. All being calls of about 30- 45 minutes
