Interview process is of three steps:
1. Java Online test(MCQs) :- Covered all topics from Core Java to Spring, Spring Boot,Spring Security, Hibernate, Spring AOP
2. Technical (Zoom) :- It went more in a practical and real world problems discussions and as far as I understood interviewer was more concerned about my knowledge in trending technologies and eager to learn them
3. HR :- I was asked classical HR Questions say, reason for change, location and work flexibility. And I believe honesty is the best key to get over these kind of rounds
4. Package Discussions :- I have requested 8.5 LPA But they offered 7.1(5.5 Fixed + 21% variable) initially. After a discussion it got revised with 7.98(6.5 Fixed and 21% Variable)
Note: Accenture is also consultancy MNC like TCS but have a lot of developer opportunities which are really rare in TCS
On the other hand, On site opportunities are a bit less in Accenture than in TCS
Note: On average, can expect 50% of variable pay only.
