J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Bengaluru) en déc. 2012
Entretien
I was hired through a staffing agency(Elitmus.com). They conduct Aptitude test and depending upon the score(pH score), they send call letters for different companies. So, in Accenture interview, we were asked to report at 9.00am. There were around 2000 people for the interview. Different time slots were given to different people. When we reached the location, we were asked to go to a auditorium, where the staffing agency people verify the documents and there's one more document verification by the HR's. After the verification, we had technical interview which was quite easy(questions are asked from whole of the Graduation course). Very few people were rejected from the tech interview. Then we had HR 1-1 interview, where they mainly ask for relocation availability. If you are good with communication its a cake walk. Later at 8.30pm results were announced. (Mind you people got rejected even in HR).

Question 1
Few questions were out of syllabus especially from Oracle SQL. They started asking PL/SQL questions which was not thought to us during our graduation.(Cursors, Triggers)

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
