Went through HR Screening > Technical Test Illtreat and ignore you once you have given a test, they give a logical end to the requirement even if you follow up a hundred times. Quite disheartening experience, as the process is meant to fool candidates, the root cause of the issue is HR itself. I had gone with two separate HR screenings within a week for two different roles (don't ask me how, that is just known by them) The next I get is to do two extensive 6 to 7 pager tests for both the roles, back to back, the HR mentioned to me after completion of the first test that I am being given next one as for a next level, they don't mind following up with you even if its 9.30 or 10 in the night. However, the beauty is that once you have given your test, it's your time to ask for a result, mind it, by now you would have a minimum spent 12 to 16 hrs on the test, The fun begins here, you start to give a call just 2 - 3 days after your test, they will say that the hiring manager has to review your test, then, you follow up after a week on phone, they don't pick up your call, you email them they don't answer, they literally treat you like a beggar, Please if you wish to be illtreated, be free to apply.

Made an account and uploaded resume in their careers website. Got shortlisted for junior analyst level written test. Had to appear for a 2.5 hour exam that dealt mostly with grammar,editing, e-learning theories and storyboard.
