Had two interview sessions and and had to do an online intelligence test. The interviews were very casual. The basic interview questions were asked about my motivation, personality and educational background.

Entretien
I interviewed for Accenture Paris ,the process consisted of : 1- A test: memory and intelligence games. 2- An HR interview that lasted 45 min with 2 HR recruiters, the questions were quite easy and mostly about your motivation, your background, and your competences in the english language. 3- If you pass the first two steps, you will be invited to a recruitement day at their office where you will attend a presentation about Accenture ( their values, different roles they propose...). There will be also a case study that you will conduct along with a group of other candidates. The process was a bit long and took time but I really appreciated it. I really felt that the process was transparent and that your ethnicity/religion or background will never influence the hiring process.

Question 1
The HR interview was pretty easy and quick and they asked the typical hr questions such as : ( Present yourself? Why consulting? Why Accenture ...) For the case study, they present a set of problems that a company is facing. You and your team will have to prepare a plan and a solution for this client by the end of the session. It was 1h30 long and was conducted as follows : 1- Client present the issues. 2- You have 10 min to prepare for a Q/A session with the client. 3- Q/A session. 4- You and your team will hold a brainstorming for initial solutions (15min). 5- A meeting with senior consultant ( who work at Accenture ) where he/she will share their opinion on the solution. 6- Preparing the presentation slides. 7- Presentation in front of the client and Q/A session with them.

Entretien
1. Ik heb gesolliciteerd via de website
2. Telefonisch gesprek met recruiter, wie ben je? wat doe je?
3. Assessment via SHL CEB numeriek en inductief, deze moet je halen. Het is goed te doen maar ik raad je aan om te oefenen, er zijn verschillende (Nederlandse) partijen waar je oefenvragen kan kopen.
4. Eerste gesprek met een manager, ontspannen sfeer, de vragen die je kan verwachten zijn de usual suspects. waar wil je staan over 5 jaar, hoe omschrijven je vrienden je, etc
5. Tweede gesprek wederom een erg ontspannen sfeer. Dit gesprek ging veel meer over technische vaardigheden, en hoe je verwacht te opereren binnen de organisatie.
