Hiring and Interview process includes various rounds of interaction depending on the firm and the job position for which you are applying. At first there is a technical interview where one is asked questions regarding their relevant work experience in their skill set.Afterwards if the employer is satisfied an HR round of interview is taken and if not satisfied the candidate is asked to go for technical round of interview once more for better understanding for the candidate.
