Had various stages of interview includes video interview, face to face interview. For the video interview, it was an offline questions that you have to answer within a given time. Once you pass the video interview, they call up for a one to one interview at their office.

Recruiter -> Hiring Manager -> Management is what I experienced.
Takes a while to get the interviews scheduled but otherwise is okay. Had to do an onsite interview which is a negative.

The interview process at Accenture Philippines was structured and efficient. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by an online assessment that tested cognitive and problem-solving skills. After passing the assessment, I was invited for a behavioral interview with HR, where they focused on my experience, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The final stage was a technical interview with a panel, where they asked role-specific questions and tested my knowledge through situational scenarios.
