I got a mail from naukri to attend the interview. In the interview you'll be having 3 rounds 1. Written test - mostly on basic apptitude and also english.. It is very easy to crack. You only need the basic knowledge. 2&3.HR round. It's a very easy process. On the whole if you have good communication skills then you are in.

First round was resume shortlisting, then hr round just asking introduction and about shifts etc,then next written test to check communication and last round was manager round based on salary and shifts.
