Very positive interview process experience. Phone screen with recruiter then manager then in person panel with managers. Every recruiter and manager I worked with were all friendly, helpful and attentive. The company itself really does want to make sure that you are a good fit and that you are making the right choice career wise. So in the end you should feel you made the right decision on the role you applied for.

I attended a face-to-face interview for the DevOps Engineer role at Accenture. The process started with a short introduction about my background, current projects, and experience with cloud and DevOps tools. The interviewer then asked technical questions related to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and Linux administration. There were also scenario-based questions about troubleshooting deployment issues and handling production incidents. The interview was professional and focused mainly on practical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Overall, the experience was smooth and the interviewer was supportive throughout the discussion.

They asked me to explain how I would set up a CI/CD pipeline for deploying an application using Azure DevOps and Docker. I explained the stages including source code integration, automated build, testing, containerization, and deployment to a Kubernetes environment.
They made me wait for the interview, and I felt like it was a mistake that I even got interviewed. Disappointed in them, waited more from such big company. The job was in Riga, but the HR was connecting from romania
