Just had a telephone interview with Accenture, over all process was extremely good and in fact out of my expectation. Even I have been a panel member for several times, however, I haven’t interviewed like this. The interview which I’d over the telephone is Technical. They haven’t asked anything directly, but all the questions are based on practical scenarios. Using this they are arriving to the technical stuffs. For example I am designing a web page, initially the client had specified the browser compatibility as chrome, after 90% of development the client says I want it to be viewed in IE5, what will you do and how will you do?

There were 3 rounds of interview 1. Technical Discussion 2. Managerial round 3. HR discussion After all rounds I was told to submit the documents and they negotiated salary and everything. I was travelling with my baby at the time after interview, even then they were in hurry to get all the document work done but then suddenly one HR called and told there was some glitch in the Video interview call and I have to attend interview again. After going through all the process with a small baby they wanted me to give interview again. Such an irresponsible people.
