brief and concise interview focussing on communication and interview skills. around 300 people showed up with their resumes. a test, group discussion, hr interview and tech interview followed. the hr team then gave us a brief description of the roles and responsibilities they would give to us. After which, they describe the remuneration and insurance policies of the company. We were asked to wait for 2 months till we got te offer letter. Then, I joined in April with a wonderful onboarding exerience.

On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.

The interview was conducted in one day and result was declared the same day, Although joining was late.
