In the assessment centre, there is a group case study which is then presented to managers. Overall, quite a good experience, especially if you have a good team. Then there is a final round interview. Usually starts with a case study, where the manager might ask about different factors driving/restricting the performance of a firm. Then some behavioural questions. Not too difficult.
