For me the process started with the assessment. That was the first hurdle — a timed online test covering aptitude, logical reasoning, and situational judgment. It felt intense, but once I cleared it, things moved quickly.
After that, I had an HR interview where they asked about my background and why I wanted to join Accenture. The interviewer asked me to explain job and tested my knowledge about the position I'm applying. They wanted to see not just what I knew, but how I approached problems. Then there was a behavioral interview. This was scenario-based — questions like, ‘What would you do if a server went down during client hours?’ I made sure to connect my answers to both technical skills and business impact.
Overall, the process took about two to three weeks. It felt structured but fair, and when I got the offer, I knew they had evaluated me holistically — both as a technical professional and as someone who could thrive in their client-focused culture.

It was nice experience, fast processing of application, approachable human resources, it came with multiple rounds of interview in associate level and exams more on logic test and general tech questions good for fresh graduate
The recruitment process begins with a phone interview with HR, followed by an online interview with a member of the team I am applying for, to further assess my skills.

The interview process was really smooth with 2 interviews, one by phone and another one as a video call. For a first job, it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
