They mentioned you didn’t need any experience and a “call flow” was part of the interview, so I didn’t really answer like she wanted or expected, but that makes no sense, cause they give you the training you need to learn, i do have job experience, just needed to learn how to do it

There were no correct/incorrect answers, first she talked about the position, then she asked me like 8 situations solving questions, and we ended with the call flow
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.

The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.

Zoom interview - had a lot of questions about past sales experience. Sounds like they were mostly looking for someone who could sell a lot of products and how to convince people to update
