Went to a hiring event, I was kinda late so they rescheduled me later on that week. Interview #1 was with the hiring manager. Interview #2 was with the store manager where he told me the decision was ultimately up to the 1st interviewer. Interview #2 AKA (Final interview) was 11/02. received A call from HR with my contingent offer and hire right emails for background check + drug test on 11/04. Had everything completed by Fri. 11/06 and received my final offer and start date Mon.11/09. Painless.
** I only mentioned jobs I knew hire right wouldn't have a problem verifying. NO GAPS longer than 3 months though. Provide the number to HR for each company. Normal Urine test at Lab corp. Call hire right if you have questions, & stay in contact with your HR REP.
** I have A Misdemeanor THEFT that was DISMISSED, but Thankfully I mentioned it BC IT SHOWED UP! Just to be safe mention it man, I really didn't think they could see that, but it worked out since it was disclosed. Start 11/29!

It is a basic customer service and teamwork questions. Asks you to teach them how to do something you're passionate about. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Laid back but professional, answered all my questions as well.

Entretien
Interview itself is pretty easy. The two times I've interviewed with them as varied based on the manager, but they're pretty forthright with everything they're telling you and the expectations of the job.
After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
