The interview was conducted by two store managers, in which they ask a series of pre-printed questions. The questions are pulled from an internal system. They range from what you do to assist counterparts on a regular basis to asking what your most difficult customer interaction was and how you handled it.

It was a phone interview because I was not colocated with the hiring manager. It was with a panel of three managers. I was asked questions by all three of them.

Typically this position is hired internally. There is a panel interview where store managers and area managers review your individual results. They further determine how well you can inspire others and assess if you are capable of leading a team
