Answered ad in city paper for position, 30 day later call from recruiter from out of state. Discussed pay scale and terms being Temporary full time. The recruiter made a offer to AT&T on the high side of the scale because of past work experience. Then had 1 on 1 interview with project manager over the work centers to give better understanding of position and if I wanted to continue.

Interview was just Q and A on the company and the general outlook and about the job itself.
Everything went smooth I just want to know about your experience and how he will implement your learners in to the job. Basically just know what you know how to do and how to translate that into this job it isn’t really hard

Entretien
Online Assessment required followed by a telephone interview conducted by a hiring specialist. After this step there was a job offer sent via email, if accepted a background and drug test are conducted.

Overall felt really comfortable. Was greeted by the front office staff and the interview was hosted by two individuals, one the hiring manager and the other another team member. They asked questions about my background and experience with teams in telecom companies. I mostly had independent experience with smaller offices and independent agencies. They seemed to welcome the experience but not sure if my answers were in line with their desires. Will await and see.
