You do have a great chance to learn; but, there is no strategy; no one, understands eCommerce (6 people maybe); the rest are sales operations. Necessary, but VERY BAD managers and worse in IT, where we are now.

Got contacted on a Wednesday and directly got on a call with the hiring manager for an interview (no phone screen). Next day talked in a more casual interview with someone from the team and after talked with one more person that would be on my team. Got an offer within a week
