Panel interview with 2-3 Store Managers and an Area Manager. They review your numbers as a sales rep and go over your customer satisfaction scores. You must provide a 15, 30, and 45 day success plan for your location which tells management what you want to focus on and how you would impact the location

It was a phone interview because I was not colocated with the hiring manager. It was with a panel of three managers. I was asked questions by all three of them.
