Very basic questions possibly due to hiring experienced and non-experience applicants. No questions that one would be expecting and that may have been due to my previous sales experience and education. I was very surprised by the lack of questions but later viewed the variety of those hired into sales positions.
Very easy and laid back. My recruiter was very personable which made the process more comfortable. The response time was also really quick after I submitted my application. I was shocked how soon the background check was completed and I received my offer letter.

Initial screening always happened with HR team. Actual interview Varies....either interview with other managers...many times may be a panel. Business professional environment, dress and respond accordingly for a corporate executive management role.
