I was recruited. Did an initial interview and had 3 additional interviews. There was a role play involved at the end as a job test. Overall great experience and love the Management.

Awful interview process overall. Was rushed through the interview process during the holidays. 5 interviews were had, and on the 5th interview, a 45 minute presentation was required. Was told after the 5th interview that they would have a decision by the end of the week or early the week after. Here we are 3 weeks later. As much as they may seem like they really want you and think you’re the perfect candidate, they don’t and you’re not. You’re just a number. You don’t mean anything. Should have listened to all of my peers around me when they said ADP is an awful company to work with and work for. Do better.
