Entretien
I applied initially online. I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with a Regional Manager about the position. That went well and I was then scheduled to speak with the Div. VP. I had a great call with the VP and was told that I'd be contacted about the next steps and I was never contacted again. I reached back out to the recruiter and was never given the courtesy of a reply.

Question 1
Basic questions - What was your biggest regret, biggest/worst challenge, biggest win, etc..
It was a smooth and easy process, but stay confident, and self-introduction is the main one, and they asked me to tell them about our company, ADP.
1st Round - Online Assessment
In which they asked one Python coding question and 30 MCQs to test our aptitude and logical reasoning
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process

On-campus experience:
1.Aptitude test on quant, verbal - easy-medium diifculty, 2-3hr exam
2.Techniacl Interview on database management systems, sql commands,
3. personality interview, future aspiratons .. whtv,
4. hr rounds, asked questions from resume, sql,aptitude, behaviour/personality questions
